Meet Pete Dalton – Director of Evidence to Action

Pete Dalton (BA, MA, MBA) is a highly experienced evaluator, researcher, consultant, and project manager, having worked in the field since 1998.
He has served as an elected member of the United Kingdom Evaluation Society (UKES) and is a former Fellow of the Institute of Consulting. From 20004 – 2024 he was Director of Evidence Base at Birmingham City University, leading national research and evaluation projects. He also has extensive experience in leadership and personal development training.
With expertise in conducting qualitative interviews, focus groups, surveys, and impact assessments, Pete has delivered hundreds of externally funded projects, collaborating with public and private sector organisations. His work has helped clients make informed decisions, solve complex problems, and develop effective policies.
